Q. How does shipping work with your t-shirts?

A. Canada Post can be very expensive so we found a way to keep it cheap for all of us. We will ship each t-shirt in a separate bag. So if you buy 2, we might ship two packages. Sounds crazy but saves a ton of money. If we send them separately over sending them together, we can almost half the shipping costs! We use letter mail and ship from Saskatoon. We will send you a notification when we ship your package. Sometimes we upgrade your package with those prepaid Canada Post boxes which has tracking. We usually do this when you order 3 shirts or more. We will notify you if that is the case with your order with a tracking number. We are finding that  Post could take up to 2 to 3 weeks shipping from Saskatoon. When it comes to refunds in regards to shipping, we will only refund after three weeks has passed from shipping date. 

Q. Can you use Shop to track your order?

A. Unfortunately no, you cannot use Shop to track your order. In fact if you try to use it, it will report erroneous information. It is automatically a part of our website and we are working on not using it but Shopify kind of makes it so you have to. Just don't believe the shipping info you see when using Shop.

 

Q. Where are your t-shirts made?

A. Right here in good ol' Saskatoon!

 

Q. What printing processes do you use?

A. We use several printing processes depending on the graphic style. We use vinyl, screen printing, heat transfers made from screen printing and digital printing DTF printing. Each one is awesome in their own right. All printing processes should last you a long time if you follow all the care instructions.

 

Q. What kind of t-shirts do you use?

A. We use a variety of t-shirt brands. We choose brands that fit true to size and fit great. As with all cotton based t-shirts, you should always wash cold, and hang to dry or low heat in the dryer. Our experience over the years has taught us that even pre-shrunk cotton tees will shrink so be careful how you wash them!

Q. What should I care for your shirts?

A. As with all cotton based t-shirts with prints, you should always wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry (for best longevity) or low heat in the dryer. Don’t use fabric softeners. Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean. Our experience over the years has taught us that even pre-shrunk cotton tees will shrink, so be careful how you wash them

 

Q. How quick to you deliver in Saskatoon?

A. We try to hand deliver for free in Saskatoon within 1-7 business days. We are usually very fast but sometimes there can be delays

 

Q. How quick do you prepare and ship t-shirts?

A. We try to get t-shirts shipped out within 7 business days. We use standard no tracking Canada Post packages (in most cases) so it can take few days for sure! We choose no tracking to keep shipping costs down. As you know shipping costs in Canada are really expensive so we keep them low by not choosing tracking. We will send you a notification when we ship out your products.  

 

Q. How do you come up with these designs?

A. Most are ideas I just came up with. Lots from research on Canadian things. 

Q. Do you use AI?

A. Yes! We use AI to help with some ideas, concepts, writing, graphics and images. It is a tool that really helps with speeding processes up and going beyond our own ideas. 

Q. What is your return/refund policy?

A. You can return any clothing within 60 days of purchase date but have to reach out to us first. You can message here, email us chuck@boldclothes.com or call us at 306-717-7416 prior to returning an item. We may be able to solve your issue instead of returning the item. We will refund your purchase amount minus the shipping charge once we receive it back from you. You would need to ship the product back to us. The items must be still in brand new condition. Items will be inspected to ensure that, then the refund will be processed. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
